At Rentals Utrecht you can decide for yourself which part of the rental process you want to outsource to us, and what you want to do yourself. Many of our customers do the viewings themselves, for example, so that they have control over who they rent out to. It also significantly saves our time

7. Key transfer on the first day of the rental contract
